Body measurements
Taken around the fullest part of the bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Taken around the ribcage directly under the breast fold, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Taken around your natural waist — the narrowest point of your torso. Heights and lengths are measured from the waist up and down.
After we take "Seated thigh" measurement, we measure high hip circumference at that level, but standing.
Taken around the fullest part of the buttocks. This measurement might be smaller than high hip on people with larger bellies.
If you have long torso, this is the how we make sure we fit you. We find the lowest point of your armpit and measure distance to the waist.
Measured from the waist to the breast fold. This is how we know where to begin the breast curve in your overbust corset.
Taken sitting down. The measuring tape should go straight down from the waist to the top of the thigh. Do not get into the flesh folds.
Underbust measurements
Your natural waist minus the preferred reduction. Your corset may close to this measurement or have a lacing gap. If you have a preference about that, tell us at the fitting.
How tall you want your underbust corset to rise in the center.
How tall you want your underbust corset to rise on the side.
If your underbust corsets are too tall for you and dig into your breasts even with a bra, we can adjust that by lowering the edge of the corset in that spot.
Taken from the waist down to the desired bottom point in the center.
If you chose the wave shape, this is how we measure for the top of the wave.
From the waist down along the side seam of your leggings to the desired corset edge.
Overbust measurements
Measured from the waist up to the desired neckline dip or curve in the center.
Measured from the waist up over the nipple to the desired edge of the corset. Better be generous here to avoid wardrobe malfunctions.
